Resort Manager's Message – November 2011
Can you believe another year is coming to a close already? This year seems to have passed so quickly, and our resort updates are in their final days.
We're pleased to report that the long awaited spa project is complete, and the new location is a big hit! In addition, new landscaping and lighting around the spa area have enhanced the overall look and feel. The patio pavers are in the last days of completion, with work on the upper patio coming to a close. Once the tile work is complete, new doors to the pool area will be installed.
In terms of the units, the second phase of the kitchen project was finished in September, along with replacement of the unit entrance doors and locks. I am pleased to say that these projects were completed on time and on budget, and the results are amazing!
As a reminder, the Board of Directors met on November 3 and 4 to finalize the budget and the maintenance fee bills will be mailed very soon.
