Resort Manager's Message –August 2010
I hope that each and every one of you is having a great year.
As you know, our units’ patios are being recoated this year. We have successfully finished the first phase of the project and will complete the remainder of the patios during the September maintenance weeks. There will be sights and sounds of construction on the property, but we are hoping to keep most activity to Saturday, Monday and Tuesday - depending on the amount of patios that need to be stripped. Work will be taking place in unoccupied units, and the contractor will access the patios through the units.
We’re also pleased to share the news of another upcoming improvement project. This September, we will be updating the bathrooms in all units. This will be a terrific enhancement and we’ll continue to share details with you as work commences.
In addition, it has been brought to our attention that the building to the south of us (Island Winds) will be having work done on its patios over the next few months. This project includes the patios that overlook our pool area, so we wanted to make you aware of the potential noise factor related to this work.
