Manager's Message – Spring 2010 Dear Sanibel Cottages Owners, The resort staff has been hard at work these past few months, and I am pleased to report that the feedback from the owners and guests is extremely positive!  As always, I like to share with you the upcoming and completed projects: •  Pool Furniture Replacement •  Sanding and Sealing of Pool Deck Pavers The projects and changes that have occurred in 2009 below: Exterior Beachside stairwell repairs to buildings 6 and 7 Removal of all non-native and evasive plants in the DNR (Department of Natural Resources)/setback area New landscaping at the shuffleboard court area Native plantings and beautiful orchids have been planted throughout resort Interior New LCD/HD televisions in the Living Rooms New Dining Room Chandeliers Guest Bathroom Refurbishment which includes: •  Comfort Height Toilets •  Raised Cabinets (in 21 units) •  Countertops •  Medicine Cabinets •  Lighting, towel fixtures •  Faucet fixtures and Shower Trim Kits •  Guest Bathroom Shower Curtains •  Artwork I hope to see some of you at the upcoming Annual Meeting on March 2nd, and as always, please feel free to contact me at anytime!   Sincerely, Angela B.
