Manager's Message - Spring 2010
Dear Hurricane House Owners,
I am looking forward to a productive and fantastic 2010, and would like to share with you a few of the projects that the resort staff will be working on over the next twelve months:
King Mattress Replacement.
Hot Water Heater Replacement.
Beach-side Stairwell Railing Replacement.
Volleyball Court Area behind the resort office area.
The projects and changes that have occurred in 2009 below:
Interior
New living room couches, chairs and ottomans, television console, living room cornice, accessories and rug.
Dining room chairs have been reupholstered.
New Carpet throughout unit.
New LCD/HD televisions in the living rooms.
DVD players for master and guest bedrooms
Exterior
Pavers installed under both buildings in the parking areas, as well as along the sidewalks leading up to the pool area.
Cleansing and installation of Alumination (an aluminum laminate material) over the entire metal roofing area with a 10-year reflective guarantee.
Removal of all non-native and evasive plants in the DNR (Department of Natural Resources)/setback area.
New landscaping between the buildings, building entrances, pool and spa area
Replacement of the front entrance sign to meet City of Sanibel codes
Resurfacing of pool and spas.
