Manager's Message – Spring 2010

Having just logged one of the coolest winters on record here in South Florida, we are eagerly looking forward to our spring green up. The cold weather left some of our palm trees looking a little brown and we lost a few bushes, but as things begin to warm we are seeing lots of sprouting buds. Along the front wall of the property, we've added new landscaping including hedges of abricola, cocoplum, durantas and hibiscus.

In the units, we are gearing up for phase three of our bathroom renovation project to begin later this year. Thank you again for all of your comments and suggestions regarding the guest bathroom model. The model concept has proven to work exceptionally well for us and allows us to gather a great deal of input from our owners before moving forward with the larger project.

We'd like to continue to remind our owners that as of March 2009, all of our units have been designated as non-smoking. We ask that smokers please smoke outside or on the lanais.

It is an ongoing privilege for me to be able to work with the outstanding staff and Board Members of Club Regency of Marco Island. It is this core group of people and their commitment to excellence that ensures Club Regency remains a special place and that your vacation experience will always be exceptional.
