Manager's Message – Fall 2011

As Marco Island's summer heat gives way to Florida's renown fall weather, a good number of our summer projects have drawn to a close.

The last phase of our bathroom renovations was finished this month in the E Building. The handrails throughout the property have been replaced with lighter, brighter, hand-friendly railings. And we installed a brand new, larger hot tub with more jets and surrounded by attractive pavers in a pattern that we hope to extend to the pool deck and walkways in the future.

A lot of planning and work went into the completion of our kitchen and living room model. We hope to make this beautiful unit available to as many owners as possible for viewing beginning September 25th. The model concept has been shown to work exceptionally well at Club Regency and allows us to gather a great deal of input from our owners before moving forward with the larger project in 2012 and 2013.

As of July of this year Club Regency has become a Non-Smoking Property. Where before the smokers were asked to limit their smoking to the lanais or outdoors, we have now provided a designated smoking area on the upper deck of the club house. Please be aware that any rooms determined to be damaged by smoke will be charged a $200 fine.

Your Board would like to remind any owners with an accounting background or CPA, who may have an interest in joining the Club Regency Board of Administration to please forward their resume to Club Regency.

It is an ongoing privilege for me to be able to work with the outstanding staff and extraordinary Board Members of Club Regency of Marco Island. Their commitment to excellence will ensure that Club Regency remains a very special place well into the future and that your vacation experience will always be exceptional.
