Manager's Message – January 2009

At Club Regency of Marco Island, we begin 2009 with a sense of accomplishment and eager anticipation.

In 2008 we finished quite a few property improvements and began a much-needed renovation of our unit bathrooms, beginning with master baths in building E. We completed 17 bathrooms last fall, and the feedback from Owners so far has been 100 percent positive. The project will continue through 2009 with the upgrade of master baths in buildings C and D in September.

We are also planning to complete a model guest-bathroom renovation this year, which should be very helpful in planning this exciting project. The model concept has proven to work well with past projects and allows us to gather a great deal of input from Owners before the larger undertaking.

The resort's grounds and landscaping are looking better than ever. Much of the weathered wood throughout the property has been replaced with a low-maintenance, composite material backed by a 30-year warranty.

I am proud and consider myself privileged to work the outstanding staff and Board Members at Club Regency of Marco Island. It is this core group of people and their commitment to excellence that ensures Club Regency remains a special place and that your vacation experience is always exceptional.
